- Add a function to avoid changing polarity automatically when doing cross-correlation
- Show mccc results directly in the graphic window
- Use different colors to distinguish different mccc thresholds, which is convenient for picking
- Keep inversion matrix in output file for any possible manipulation for picking data

- The MCCC shown on right end, the end of each seismogram, should be direct MCCC results, without substracting the t2 ( the picking arrival traveltime ) - The colors for different traveltime thresholds should be based on direct MCCC results, without substracting the t2 ( the picking arrival traveltime )

@XStargate I have cherry-picked your commit on avoid reverse polarity into v1.0.1 which has a new Qt GUI now. Other commits have conflicts. For example, I used SAC headers user3-7 to store filter variables, which you used for other purposes. |
